How we work, together:
- An initial consultation will determine what you’re seeking in a dream home. We take the time to listen, and offer professional advice on design and style choices, with the ultimate goal of helping your vision become reality.
- Once we’ve formulated a clear idea for your Castle, planning and budgeting takes place, and we begin to draft a floorplan just for you. You’ll have complete control over all choices, from colors & appliances to flooring & finishes.
- A blueprint review gives you an opportunity to see your dream home coming to life on the page, and to make any revisions you’d like to see.
- After any requested modifications are made, a final plan signoff acts as a green light for excavation and construction to begin. We pull all the necessary permits and deal with the various government agencies on your behalf.
- A dedicated Project Manager keeps you updated while Castle is building your dream home. Our highly-skilled craftsmen will construct a top-quality home you can be proud of.
